“There is so much about my fate that I cannot control, but other things do fall under the jurisdiction. I can decide how I spend my time, whom I interact with, whom I share my body and life and money and energy with. I can select what I can eat and read and study. I can choose how I’m going to regard unfortunate circumstances in my life whether I will see them as curses or opportunities. I can choose my words and the tone of my voice in which I speak to others. And most of all, I can choose my thought.” — Elizabeth Gilbert
I am a teacher, a daughter, sister, friend, and a wife. My blogs are about the things I see, the emotions I can’t express and the words I can’t say. They said that writers express how they really feel in writing, and I totally think that sometimes, there is no better way to let one’s disappointment, frustration and sadness or happiness be known but through a pen or in this modern world, through a computer.
Writing has been my outlet, it’s my way of screaming my heart out. When I am hurt, blessed, dismayed I write. These are my thoughts, my opinion. This weblog is my freedom.
